Rise Against is unlike anything you'll ever hear. When I first heard it, I listened to it over and over, I live and breathe The Good Left Undone. This is my favorite song ever, I absolutely love it. I feel like it is pouring my heart out and admitting the profound effect someone (or even a few people) have had on your life. "All because of you I haven't slept in so long" and Vote for this song, it is truely the best of Rise Against.

If you have never heard this song live, look it up on YouTube because Rise Against plays this song live better than any other songs they play, and I would know because I've seen them live and watch videos of them all the time. Everyone I know loves this song, even my sister and parents. This song is simply amazing! I can never listen to this song without having to sing along to it. Or until we don't have the strength to go on, til we don't have the strength to go o-o-on. "What we are is the sum of a thousand lies. So really thanks to Tim and his guys for writing this song! ' But this song told my opinion so truely and so directly, that I started to cry, when I heard it first. I've been always saying something like 'War's no good, for anybody. Just too good.Ī salute to Rise Against for making such a song. The acoustic guitar gives such a raw feel to the song, well you may as well cry. For me this song is the best of rise against irrespective of what others may think. This is the most moving song I have ever heard. That is a heartfelt, true belief they stand for, even if without any explanation or further thought it seems just a naive statement - but they thought on it, and they sing it, and it's one of the million reasons I love them so much. If you like Rise Against, you must know that yes, however unpatriotic you perceive it to be, they were always anti-war. I hate that so many people misinterpret this song (not here, luckily). If you don't why even HAVE songs? That is why I LOVE this song.

You have to know the meaning of the songs to actually enjoy them. It just truly states what war is about and what would happen if we didn't win World War 1 or 2? Would we even be here? Freedom of speech? Freedom of religion? Would that even exist if it wasn't for our Veterans? That is why I love this song. This is just a great song and it shares with us why we should be thankful for our United States, and it's been around my childhood for as long s I remember this is my favorite song out of this album. Lyrics are perfect & the beat insane! If you don't like this song GO HOME! & If you don't like rise against you need some serious help because they are without a doubt the best band to ever walk this planet! This song is pure genius and I doubt that I will ever find a song quite like this one. I really wish I could meet the band.Ĭan't bloody beat it. For all you people out there who know this song and know what it means, thank you. I can't say how much I love this song, I just love it so much that its hard to explain. But for someone who really listens to rise against, there are sooo many better songs than this one (audience of one, paper wings, blood to bleed, broken English, black masks and gasoline, this is letting go, from heads unworthy. I can understand that people who barely know rise against, knowing just this song and 2-3 more, might pick this one. I can't understand how this song is the most rated one. I'm not saying it isn't a good song because I love all of their songs, but. Dancing for Rain, Black Masks and Gasoline, Paperwings, Injection, to name a few, I would even rate higher than Savior. You should especially give some of the lower listed songs a try. However, personally I think there are few songs I would rate higher than Savior. Don't get me wrong, it's a great song and definitely one of their best. It's probably listed as the top song, because it's their most popular one and lots of people didn't listen to some of their less popular songs yet.
