You can play the entire nintendo catalogue on PC even though its not on PC. Piracy part is if people ask or link to getting games and ROMs. The obvious answers would be to either hack PS4 or emulate it. This isn’t the forum to discuss thisĮh, no. Emulation of console hardware and current games falls under piracy.
